Åtvidaberg Municipality's preschool aims to ensure that every child receives an education that encourages play and movement and provides the guidance and stimulation they need to reach as far as possible in their learning and development. Your responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you have overall pedagogical responsibility in the preschool. You are expected to lead and distribute the pedagogical work in the work team while contributing to creating collegial learning. The team shall work together to plan, teach, document, and evaluate the program's content based on the preschool curriculum Lpfö 18, rev 25, and other governing documents. You are part of a work team on the unit but are also part of the whole preschool where we promote collegial learning. Together with colleagues in the work team, you work to promote each child's development and learning based on their interests, experiences, and needs. About you We are seeking someone who is a trained preschool teacher, and it is advantageous if you have prior experience working in preschools. In the role of preschool teacher, you are independent and outward-focused with a strong ability to make contact and maintain relationships. You have the ability to take initiative and start activities to achieve good results. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your tasks and structure your own work and drive processes in the work team together with your colleagues.
