WORK TASKS As a preschool teacher in the team, you will work with leading instruction at preschools that lack a regular preschool teacher. In the assignment, you will have at least two preschools at a time and work on a term basis at these preschools. The assignment involves that you will have holiday service. In addition to the assignment as a preschool teacher, the following general assignments apply for preschool teachers in work teams, under the supervision of the principal, you shall among other things: • Coach the work team to ensure that instruction takes place according to the curriculum's objectives. • Support/coach the work team to develop and work for high and equal quality in the operations. • Lead identified processes that develop learning and contribute to goal achievement. • Work with child groups to conduct instruction on both planned and spontaneous occasions and to be able to take advantage of children's interests and promote their participation in instruction. • Work with child groups to be a good role model in preschool during all activities in the preschool's daily life. • Keep informed about current research and disseminate it in the operations/instruction. • Work to ensure that the instruction is based on scientific grounds and proven experience. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, enterprising and goal-oriented. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods as well as sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You should also have demonstrated a particularly good ability to improve the operations' goal achievement and a strong interest in developing instruction in preschool. You as a person should also otherwise be assessed by the principal as particularly qualified for instruction and tasks related to instruction and have good experience of preschool operations. You have a particularly good ability to drive development of instruction and learning, have an interest in participating in current research within areas relevant to instruction in preschool, and an ambition to connect theory and practice. You should also have the ability to coach others in collegial learning with good results and the ability to work systematically with evaluation, analysis and follow-up. You should have worked at least 5 years as a preschool teacher. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
