Your responsibilities include: Lead and distribute: Lead the pedagogical work in the work team and contribute to collegial learning. Plan and teach: Together with the work team, plan, teach, document, and evaluate activities based on the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. What we're looking for First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a preschool teacher certification. Second, we are looking for someone with a degree from a preschool teacher training program. Alternatively, you are near the end of your preschool teacher education. It is a requirement that you have experience working with children in a curriculum-based preschool through internship, employment, or volunteer work. It is a merit if you have worked at least one year in a curriculum-based preschool where you worked with planning and teaching based on the curriculum. You have good communicative skills in speaking and writing in the Swedish language. This is so that, according to the curriculum (Lpfö18), you can organize and carry out work so that the child receives support in their language and communication development. You are responsible for ensuring that each child can use the Swedish language in a rich and nuanced way. In your role as a preschool teacher, you create good relationships and collaborate well with children, colleagues, guardians, and other contacts in society that are part of your professional role. You have a good understanding of people's differences and relate to them in a responsive way in teaching and the preschool's daily life. You lead work with both children and colleagues through motivation, engagement, and participation.
