Förskolan Slättaskogen is located in the Slätta area with proximity to both forest and nature. The preschool consists of six departments and freshly prepared meals are served every day by our two cooks.

Job Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher with us, you help create an inspiring learning environment where children's interests and questions guide the content of teaching. You work project-based together with colleagues and continuously document, reflect on, and develop the operation.
Qualifications
We're looking for you who:
Are a licensed preschool teacher
Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Personal Qualities
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in an exploratory and curious approach to work. You are engaged in your assignment and driven by developing together with children, colleagues, and the operation as a whole. You have good collaboration skills and see the team as an important resource for creating a safe, educational, and developmental environment. Furthermore, you are receptive and have the ability to appreciate children's thoughts, ideas, and expressions, and let them be a natural part of the operation's development.
Meritorious Qualifications
Experience working as a preschool teacher
Experience working with Unikum
Previous experience working with Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and project-based working methods
Employment Terms
Permanent employment on a full-time basis. Start date by agreement.
