Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a preschool teacher for Barytongatan preschool. At our preschool, nature is an integral part of the curriculum to inspire children's curiosity, joy of discovery, and learning every day. The preschool consists of three mixed-age departments and is located on a hilltop in Högsbo, surrounded by forest and greenery. Here we use the unique outdoor environment as a pedagogical space where children explore different themes through play and their own discoveries. We actively work to develop our nature profile together. We also have close collaboration with the University of Gothenburg aimed at developing and strengthening the quality of our teaching. Several times per semester, the team meets with a lecturer from the university during our staff meetings, and in addition, the preschool teachers meet with the lecturer once a month. During these meetings, we deepen our understanding of pedagogical issues and reflect on our practice. As a preschool teacher with us, you'll be an important part of these initiatives and have the opportunity to shape teaching in an engaged and development-focused environment. You lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in a committed team. Together you plan, implement, document, and follow up on education according to the preschool's curriculum.
