Work Tasks Our preschool is beautifully located in the quiet residential area of Västra Änghagen in Torslanda, surrounded by nature and opportunities for play, creativity, and exploration. Here we work closely with the children to promote their participation, curiosity, and influence – their interests and questions guide our projects and activities. We spend time outdoors year-round on our large, rolling grounds and in the surrounding area. The preschool consists of two buildings with three departments for younger and older children, and meals are prepared in our own kitchen. Our pedagogical leader guides the work teams in developing systematic quality work, pedagogical documentation, and accessible learning environments. Through collegial learning, we develop our pedagogical processes and ourselves, with the children as the main actors. Together with the team in northern Torslanda, we are currently exploring play-responsive teaching.
