We are now seeking preschool teachers for Härryda municipality, and this is a combined announcement for several of our preschools in Mölnlycke. In Härryda municipality, we have 27 municipal preschools, many with proximity to nature and forest and outdoor areas adapted for creativity, learning, and play. The preschools vary in size and number of departments and age groups. 2 position(s). Your Assignment As a preschool teacher with us, you lead, develop, and implement educational activities. You work to create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment where every child has the opportunity to develop based on their own needs, interests, and conditions. You are responsible for implementing the curriculum's goals in practice, planning and documenting activities, and following up on children's learning and development together with your team. Your work includes creating inclusive learning environments where children's creativity, curiosity, and desire to learn are utilized. Your assignment also means being a trusted adult and pedagogical leader who: Creates positive relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians Plans and leads activities that promote learning, play, and social development Reflects on and develops the activities together with colleagues Contributes to systematic quality work through documentation and follow-up Supports children in developing their independence, empathy, and collaboration skills In this role, you have the opportunity to help shape the preschool's culture, develop learning environments and pedagogical processes, and participate in joint development initiatives for the activities.
