About the Operation At Bodagården, we place the child at the center. We have a professional approach and make conscious choices so that every child can become the best version of themselves! The preschool prioritizes language-development learning environments to promote children's play, learning, and well-being. The preschool is centrally located in lower Brämhult, has large, bright, and well-designed facilities, and consists of four departments. We actively participate in the Erasmus project 100 Languages - 100 Environments. The project gives us the opportunity to deepen our understanding of children's learning, where children's many forms of expression and perspectives are central. Together we explore how learning environments can be shaped to utilize children's curiosity, creativity, and competence. Responsibilities As a preschool teacher in our language-development program, you are responsible for creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe and curious. You will plan and implement creative activities based on the curriculum that promote children's linguistic development through play, conversation, and exploration. You will collaborate with other staff to create a holistic experience for the children and support their individual needs. To succeed in this role, you will receive reflection and planning time, support from your work team and colleagues, and from the principal. Competence development occurs continuously, both individually and at the group level. Qualifications You are a trained and certified preschool teacher. You are confident in your professional role and collaborate easily, but you can also work independently and drive development forward. We are looking for someone with knowledge and a passionate interest in language-development work and developing learning environments.
