Preschool Teacher - Näsbylundens Förskola

TP Förskolor AB consists of 33 different preschools and one school across nine municipalities in total. The head office is located in Täby. We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, conducts developmental preschool activities including care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children ages 1-5. We are now seeking a qualified preschool teacher with teacher certification for Näsbylundens Förskola. Näsbylunden is a preschool for you if you are motivated and driven by collaboration, both with your team colleagues and across the entire preschool. We have a well-functioning organization that is stress-preventive and also allows for scheduled planning time each week. Näsbylunden is located in bright facilities, close to Näsbypark's center, with a large outdoor yard and beautiful surroundings. The preschool consists of four departments. Fjärilen, Trollsländan, and Nyckelpigan have mixed-age groups with children ages 1-4, and Humlan is for the oldest children at preschool, ages 4-5. The preschool is led by our principal Linda Byskén together with two workplace leaders, and each department is led by a qualified preschool teacher in the role of team leader. The position is in a department with another preschool teacher and a resource staff member. We strive to maintain high quality in our education by ensuring our teaching is experienced as meaningful and interesting for the children. Play is central to everything we do so that children's learning feels meaningful and enjoyable. Children are offered different types of instruction daily, such as morning meetings, set-up stations, shared project weeks, and planned activities in mixed groups. Experience working with children's groups is a merit, as is experience working with children in need of special support. Preschool teacher certification and fluent Swedish in speech and writing are required. The position is 40 hours/week.
