Your Responsibilities You will work as a resource in a team as a preschool teacher and be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction based on the preschool's curriculum. You work closely with children and colleagues to create a safe and educational environment and actively contribute to the development of the program and to good cooperation with guardians. Your duties include: plan and lead instruction based on curriculum objectives create learning environments that encourage play, exploration, and learning monitor and document children's development and learning processes collaborate with colleagues and guardians contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment Qualifications have experience working with children with NPF hold a preschool teacher credential have a genuine interest in children's learning and development are engaged, responsible, and reflective want to be part of a team where collaboration and development are central Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
