WORK TASKS The operation is developed through our systematic quality work, in mapping of the current situation we see what needs to be our next step, what we should focus on, and what competence development we need. Participation and influence in our processes are important to us. We dare to try and explore based on what our next step is. Stretereds Preschool is one of Mölndal's Literature-Profiled Preschools. Working from the literature profile means that we work with fairy tales and literature as the foundation for learning, we also work with outdoor pedagogy where we take advantage of nature's opportunities to develop our literature profile. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as a preschool teacher and preferably you who have a license. We would like to see that you have a few years of experience working as a preschool teacher, but we also welcome you who have recently completed your training. Your work is characterized by a positive attitude and innovative thinking where you with commitment and participation implement your ideas in practice in close cooperation with your colleagues.
