Preschool Teacher for Monthly Temporary Assignment in Lund Municipality Schools

About the role and your responsibilities As a temporary preschool teacher, your mission is to ensure that each child is offered safe care, development, and learning. Together you will ensure the child's best interests and meet all children based on their experiences and circumstances. Through BSF Staffing Unit, you can be offered work as a preschool teacher for monthly temporary assignments, ranging from approximately 1 to 6 months. The temporary assignment will be at one of the municipality's 52 preschools, either in Lund city or in one of our villages: Dalby, Veberöd, Genarp, Torna Hällestad, Södra Sandby, or Revingeby. We will place great emphasis on matching your competence to the assignment at the relevant preschool. We are looking for you We are looking for you as a certified preschool teacher with at least two years of experience in this role. You have good knowledge of child development and learning. You are well-versed in the preschool curriculum and are confident in various methods for implementing the curriculum in practice, for each child's development and learning. You have a teaching focus and actively work on creating and developing accessible learning environments, both physical learning environments and pedagogical approaches. You are well-versed in the preschool curriculum and have many ideas on how you can work with the children to achieve increased goal fulfillment. You have clear communication with guardians and see their participation in the activities as an asset, as well as a good ability to document and contribute to systematic quality work. We find it valuable if you have experience working with children with special needs and are comfortable with TAKK or other equivalent communication tools. As a temporary employee, you are flexible and can adapt to changed circumstances when needed. You must be able to work in different parts of Lund, both in Lund city and the surrounding villages. You must also be able to move between different departments at the preschool when required and actively work with both younger and older children. You enjoy working in teams and have a natural ability to collaborate and create good relationships. The number of temporary assignments is currently not determined and the number may change further as they may be used by employees with priority rights.
