We are looking for certified preschool teachers who are driven to create a safe, joyful, and educational environment for each child. By working systematically with language development teaching tools and using themes, we promote a language and knowledge-developing approach and create context for the children. Play and movement are important ingredients for creating joy and safety. We focus on a sustainable future by teaching children to respect and care for both our environment and their fellow humans. We work in teams consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers. With us, you also have access to a special education teacher, IT pedagogue, and development pedagogue. DUTIES • Be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities based on international, national, and municipal governance documents. • Teach the children and be responsible for promoting their development and learning. • Implement a language and knowledge-developing approach. • Work thematically. • Collaborate with guardians, colleagues, and other stakeholders for the children's benefit. • Follow pedagogical research and conduct pedagogical development work. • Work with and be responsible for the pedagogical environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher. To succeed in the role of preschool teacher, you have the ability to create good relationships with the people you meet and see differences as an asset. You are engaged and take responsibility for the assignment. You can work in a structured manner but also have the ability to adapt to changing work conditions. You have a positive attitude and see joy as an important part of everyday life. You are skilled at collaborating in teams, can lead colleagues, and value collegial learning. You have the ability to reflect and analyze at both group and individual levels as well as on your own development. For you, communication and openness are important. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date October 1, 2026 or according to agreement. Working hours: Daytime.
