JOB DUTIES Do you want to contribute to children's development and learning through meetings, play, and interaction? We are seeking preschool teachers for Fjällbackens Preschool and Taffelbäckens Preschool in Undersåker. With us, you get to help create a safe, inspiring, and educational everyday where children's curiosity, participation, and desire to learn are at the center. Together with committed colleagues, you work to give each child the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions and needs. As a preschool teacher, you have an important role in planning, implementing, following up, and developing education according to the preschool curriculum. You create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Our preschools are located in a beautiful natural setting in Undersåker, with mountains and nature right around the corner. Here there are excellent opportunities to let nature and the immediate environment become a natural part of children's learning and exploration. We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher and wants to help develop our activities. You are curious, engaged, and confident in your professional role and see possibilities in children's questions, thoughts, and ideas. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Requirements • Certified preschool teacher with certification to teach in preschool. • Good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and the educational mission. • Good ability to collaborate and build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
