It is a requirement that you have previously worked in preschool and are well-grounded in the curriculum and other governing documents. Your assignment includes planning, implementing, analyzing, and evaluating as well as documenting teaching according to Lpfö 18. You are flexible, positive, enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and work with high expectations and a dynamic mindset toward goals. You have good collaborative skills and are a dedicated educator who works with clear leadership. We place great emphasis on personal competence. You will work as a preschool teacher in preschool and thus plan, conduct, evaluate, analyze, and document pedagogical work in accordance with the curriculum and applicable governing documents. You should also have good knowledge of the Swedish language since our preschool's profile focuses on language development. The assignment includes collaboration with both preschool class and primary school as well as after-school care. We expect you to have good structure in your teaching as well as a pedagogical approach toward both children, colleagues, and guardians.
