Operation Preschool Stugan is located in Sundby Park in Strängnäs. Stugan consists of three departments and we focus on maintaining small groups of children. In addition to the curriculum, we work according to Friluftsfrämjandet's standards and are a certified Mulle Preschool. All educators at Stugan are trained in outdoor pedagogy. Our cornerstones are extensive outdoor activities, safety, quality and joy for the children, and therefore it is important for us that we have well-educated and competent staff. We work to ensure that everyone is in a safe and pleasant environment and that we have fun together! Job Description At the preschool, staff work closely together on all departments and with children/guardians, which requires the team to take great personal responsibility. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of the preschool's mission, who collaborates easily, is flexible, has good organizational skills and is passionate about the role. You should be able to translate the curriculum from theory to practice.
