Our preschool Storsjöodjuret is located with a view over Storsjön in Hallen. Hallen is located between Åre and Östersund; across the ice road/by car ferry, it is 4 miles to Östersund and 6 miles to Åre. The preschool has two departments. The Family Center is located in Järpen and operates 1-2 days per week. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES Would you like to help create the best conditions for children's learning and development? We are now seeking an engaged and certified preschool teacher for an exciting shared position where you work 50% in the preschool and 50% in the Family Center's operations. The position offers a unique opportunity to combine the educational mission in preschool with preventive and health-promoting work with children and families. With us, you will be an important part of children's development and contribute to creating safe, inclusive, and educational environments for both children and parents. Preschool (50%) • Plan, implement, document, and evaluate education based on the curriculum. • Take responsibility for teaching together with the work team. • Create a safe, developmental, and inspiring learning environment for the children. • Collaborate with parents and colleagues to promote children's development and learning. Family Center (50%) • Participate in the Family Center's open activities for children and parents. • Plan and conduct activities that stimulate children's development and learning. • Contribute to creating meeting places that promote participation, safety, and community. • Collaborate with the Family Center's various professionals and stakeholders to provide support to children and families. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements • Certified preschool teacher with authorization to teach in preschool. • Good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and the educational mission. • Strong ability to collaborate and build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. • Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written. Merit factors • Experience working in a Family Center, open preschool, or similar operations. • Experience collaborating with various professionals around children and families. • Knowledge of early intervention and preventive work.
