Temporary Position – Preschool Assistant 85% Would you like to become part of Linneabacken? Linneabacken is a small, cozy preschool nestled near the forest in Lindome that recently became a parent cooperative. We are now seeking a preschool assistant at 85% for Knyttet, our department for children ages 1–3, during our regular staff's parental leave. We are looking for someone who: 🌿 is warm, reassuring, and calm when interacting with children 🌿 enjoys playing, building relationships, and being present 🌿 is comfortable being outdoors in all weather and sees the forest as an asset 🌿 collaborates well and contributes to a positive atmosphere 🌿 recognizes children's competence and treats each child with respect. For us, your personality and approach matter more than your educational background. With us, you'll work in a small and familial environment with close collegial collaboration, plenty of outdoor time, and engaged parents.
