About the Role As a preschool teacher, you are responsible together with the team for planning, implementing, documenting and developing teaching based on the preschool curriculum. You contribute with your pedagogical expertise and create conditions for an activity that is safe, inclusive and stimulating. The work includes, among other things: • plan and conduct teaching based on children's needs and interests • follow up, document and develop pedagogical work • create safe and inspiring learning environments • collaborate closely with colleagues, guardians and other professionals • actively contribute to the preschool's quality and development work We are looking for someone who • is a certified preschool teacher or has a preschool teacher degree • is engaged, responsible and solution-oriented • has a clear child perspective and a professional approach • enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment • wants to develop both your teaching and yourself in your professional role We place great importance on personal suitability.
