Special emphasis will be placed on understanding how these changes affect air traffic controllers' workload, decision-making, and overall performance. A central part of your work will be the development and further enhancement of a visualization and optimization tool for air traffic controllers. The tool will be designed in close collaboration with users and continuously adapted based on controllers' preferences, needs, and feedback to ensure high usability and operational relevance.
