We offer a position where we work together to strengthen our efforts in learning and teaching for children, youth, and adults. We work from a theological and pedagogical perspective and want to create meeting places with thoughtfully designed learning environments and didactic teaching. There are opportunities here to both develop and create meeting places and activities. We enjoy working with different methods such as church pedagogy, Godly Play, music, and various dialogue techniques.
You will work closely with various colleagues and with volunteers in both planning and implementation. The work will primarily be directed toward confirmation students and young adults. We have good collaboration with other community actors and would like you to be part of developing that further.
We want to continue developing our work with lifelong learning, both in our activities and in worship services. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence that development.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone who is trained as, or is working toward becoming, a parish educator.
You are well grounded in the Church of Sweden's faith, life, and teachings. You find it easy to create and build relationships with different age groups. You enjoy creating space for others and feel confident in your leadership. You see worship as an important place for young people to get to know Jesus and God. You have a good ability to plan, see the bigger picture, and work both independently and in groups. Working evenings and weekends is not a problem for you. Digital competence and interest in social media are things you see as part of everyday work. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Permanent position at 100%.
The position requires a B driver's license and access to a car.
