ICA Supermarket Vagnhärad is seeking a dedicated and business-driven Sales Manager for Charcuterie, Cheese & Delicatessen. About the Role As Sales Manager, you have clear responsibility for the department's sales, profitability, assortment, and development. You work both operationally alongside your colleagues and strategically to develop the offering. In this role, you will, among other things: • Drive sales and profitability within charcuterie, cheese, and delicatessen • Develop our manual delicatessen counter and create a strong customer experience • Work actively with assortment, presentation, campaigns, and inspiration • Ensure high quality, freshness, and service • Work systematically with margins, waste, and product flow • Plan and implement activities that drive traffic and increase sales • Lead, inspire, and develop the department's employees • Be present in daily operations and interactions with our customers As Sales Manager, you'll also become part of the store's management team and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the business as a whole. Who We're Looking For Above all, we're looking for someone with drive, business acumen, and a genuine interest in food and sales. You enjoy creating results and see opportunities to develop both assortment, work methods, and customer experience. You are a clear and engaged leader who brings others along and enjoys being hands-on with the team. You have a strong sales and customer focus, are proactive, and aren't afraid to test new ideas – while also following up on results and working systematically with the department's profitability. You have a feel for food, quality, and presentation and understand the connection between sales, margins, waste, and profitability. Experience from grocery retail, delicatessen, restaurant, or other fresh food operations is required. Experience with leadership and financial responsibility is a major plus.
