About the position
As Sales Manager of our Audi operations in Region Mitt, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and developing your team while driving the sales of new and used vehicles. You work closely with the business with active leadership, follow up on results, and ensure that work is conducted according to established processes. The role also includes contributing operationally to sales and ensuring that the business reaches its goals in a profitable and efficient manner.
What we're looking for
We seek someone with experience in both sales and leadership who is motivated by developing people and business. You are driven, structured, and have a clear focus on results.
Sales experience
Leadership experience
Knowledge of business economics and labor law (a merit)
Good computer skills
Good prioritization skills
B-driver's license (required)
