Effective Investigations and Professional Customer Contact
As an insurance investigator, you are a state employee with the task of conducting investigations to ensure the right person receives the right compensation at the right time. When working with care allowances, you contact parents who have children with special care needs due to illness or functional limitations. In your work with additional cost reimbursement, you contact individuals who may need help with extra costs for daily living due to functional limitations. In your work, you make assessments through qualified investigations and analysis of documentation, particularly medical reports. You then present recommendations for decisions that are made by specially designated decision-makers. Contact with individuals occurs via telephone and in writing. You gather information and collaborate with, among others, healthcare providers and municipalities. As an insurance investigator, you handle confidential information, which places higher demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

Other Information
A number of positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probation may be applicable. Certain positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, you must pass a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. The possibility of remote work exists if the work allows. In this recruitment, work psychology tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Uddevalla.
