You are responsible for investigation, administration, and communication with individuals and partners As an insurance investigator specializing in in-depth investigation, you will process applications for sickness benefits. This can include ongoing documentation, calculations, and benefit payments. You work actively and make independent decisions regarding the right to sickness benefits by applying legislation and established work processes correctly and with legal certainty. The work involves conducting qualified investigations and analyses of documentation, particularly medical certificates. As an insurance investigator, you investigate and clarify rehabilitation needs and work together with other parties such as healthcare and employers to help the individual return to work as soon as possible. You work in a differentiated manner, with the work characterized by early interventions based on the individual's unique situation and needs. You meet individuals and partners by phone and in writing, as well as in digital meetings when needed. You inform and explain complex information based on each individual's specific needs. Your interactions are marked by attentiveness, respect, and a desire to create security and understanding of sickness insurance for individuals and partners. You collaborate with your colleagues, which occurs on-site or digitally. You actively work to develop your knowledge, share experiences, and cover for each other as needed.
