We are now seeking an engaged mold changer for our client Gislaved Gummi AB who wants to help ensure efficient, safe and quality-driven production. With them, you will have a key role where your technical expertise makes a difference every day.
About the role;
As a Mold Changer, you are an important technical resource in production. You are responsible for ensuring that machines and processes function optimally by performing mold changes, startups and adjustments, as well as supporting operators in their daily work.
When challenges arise, you are the one who analyzes, troubleshoots and finds solutions. You contribute with your knowledge, create the conditions for high quality and drive continuous improvements in production. The role also includes preparation and maintenance of molds as well as work according to 5S and applicable procedures.

Have a strong technical interest and enjoy working in a role where problem-solving is central
Enjoy working independently while also valuing collaboration with others.
Are thorough, responsible and quality-conscious.
Have an engaged work approach and interest in continuous improvements
Have experience from an industrial or production environment, preferably as a mold changer or setup technician
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Forklift certification
