We are looking for a dedicated and technically minded Form Setter who wants to contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality production. In your role, you serve as important technical support and problem solver for our operators. When production fluctuates or questions arise, you are the one who steps in, analyzes the situation, and guides the operator forward. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and see it as a natural part of the job to ensure that the machines run smoothly. Key Responsibilities As a Form Setter, you are responsible for changing forms, starting up, and adjusting our compression presses and injection molding machines. You work with troubleshooting, quality inspections, and continuous improvements to ensure stable and efficient production. The role also includes preparation and maintenance of molds as well as working according to 5S and applicable procedures. We are Looking for Someone Who Has strong technical problem-solving abilities and technical interest. Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. Has a dedicated work approach and contributes to continuous improvements. Preferably has experience from a similar position, form setter/adjuster in an industrial or production environment. Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Forklift certification.
