At FOREX, we experience high activity during large parts of the year, with many customers wanting to exchange currency and get travel advice. This is a fixed-term position at approximately 20-30% employment with a start date by agreement. FOREX has opening hours that suit our customers, so we require flexibility regarding working hours. To be a suitable candidate for this position, you must be able to work evenings and weekends according to our schedule. Your Responsibilities As a Sales Associate at FOREX, you will be involved in all stages of the sales process and help customers find the right currency and services for their needs. You will contribute to an excellent customer experience and drive results by selling our products and currency. Together with your team, you will work to achieve your individual targets and the store's sales goals. Examples of responsibilities: Sell currency and other FOREX services Provide excellent customer service and keep the customer in focus Follow our internal procedures and maintain order in the store Our Expectations of You We are looking for someone who is business-minded, flexible, engaged, and wants to provide customers with the best service. You are participative and contribute to a good work environment. You are driven to achieve goals and enjoy working together with others to reach results. To thrive in this role and perform at your best, we see that you have the following experience: Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, where you have worked toward individual sales targets and provided customers with a good experience. Experience from a service or sales role where customer satisfaction was the focus is particularly valuable. Customer Service: You have experience working in customer service and are comfortable handling customer interactions in a professional and service-oriented manner. Communication Skills: You speak Swedish clearly, both verbally and in writing. You can communicate and read in English; additional language skills are merits. Technical Skills: You have knowledge and experience using computers and cash register systems. Teamwork: You have experience working in a team and contributing to achieving common goals.
