We are looking for We are seeking a licensed registered nurse with at least 5 years of professional experience. The position also requires good proficiency in Swedish and a valid driver's license (B category). It is advantageous if you have further education as an occupational health nurse or other relevant specialized training. We would also appreciate it if you have experience in occupational health services and knowledge of preventive health initiatives in working life, alcohol and drug rehabilitation, and motivational interviewing (MI). It is also advantageous if you have experience with: - Consultative work with managers, employees, and organizations - Medical examinations and alcohol and drug testing - Planning, conducting, and delivering training and information initiatives We particularly value your ability to combine medical expertise with a health-promoting and preventive approach, as well as your capacity to independently drive and develop initiatives within this field. What you will work with Corporate Health Services is Region Norrbotten's internal occupational health service and serves as an impartial expert resource in work environment matters. Corporate Health Services works at the organizational, group, and individual levels in a health-promoting, preventive, and remedial capacity. The Corporate Health Services team consists of 15 competent professionals. As an occupational health nurse with us, you will work with statutory medical examinations and health assessments, among other responsibilities. You will conduct assessment interviews and provide support in work-related rehabilitation, workplace accommodation, and alcohol and drug rehabilitation. You will deliver training in occupational health and safety. You will provide consultation and support to managers and employees on health and work environment matters. The work involves both independent work and collaboration with other professionals within Corporate Health Services, as well as cooperation with other support functions within the organization. The position is based at Corporate Health Services in Luleå, with the entire region as your work area. Travel is part of the work. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
