About the Role
As a business advisor at Sparbanken Blekinge, you will manage your own customer portfolio. You will work proactively to develop existing customer relationships and attract new customers. You will work across our entire business area which includes Karlshamn and Olofström.
You will drive business forward by identifying customer needs and offering comprehensive solutions in financing, savings, and payments, in close collaboration with the bank's specialists. The role involves significant independent responsibility where you plan and conduct customer meetings, build networks, and create business opportunities.
You will become part of the corporate market team which currently consists of 13 employees and operates from our modern premises at Östra Piren in Karlshamn.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in economics and several years of experience as a business advisor. If you hold SwedSec licenses and have experience with prospect management, that is highly valued.
To succeed in this role, you are business-driven and results-oriented with a strong ability to build relationships and create trust with your customers. You work proactively and independently with clear customer focus, while also being a responsive team player with the ability to drive business all the way to completion.
