Occupational Physician

Description:

We work with various client companies and deliver services within occupational health, health development, rehabilitation, and healthcare. We are where our clients are – therefore you can work both at our facility, at our clients' sites, and occasionally at our nearby units. We deliver services including occupational health and health development as well as rehabilitation. As an occupational physician with us, you have the opportunity for close collaboration with employers, which provides an opportunity to influence the patient's work environment over time. You provide support to company management, individual managers, HR departments, and employees on matters related to health and work, rehabilitation, and healthcare. You work proactively, preventively, and remedially based on identified needs in close cooperation with our clients and other professional categories at the facility. You will be able to work at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The assignments include assessing health issues with subsequent planning and interventions based on needs, advisory services, conducting statutory checks/medical examinations, workplace visits, and work capacity assessments. You work daytime hours (no on-call duties, no night shifts or weekends). The operation is characterized by an inter-collegial spirit and a sense of unity. At our company, you collaborate across professional categories. We are looking for you as a specialist physician, preferably with occupational medicine training or other specialist expertise within a relevant area. You have a strong interest in people in working life, a holistic perspective, and you want to work in a preventive and health-promoting manner. You are both independent, decisive, and able to build good relationships, as the work involves a lot of interaction with different types of people.
