About Krinolinen Krinolinen is one of Stockholm's largest supported housing facilities with approximately 64 spaces for women, men, and couples. We offer safe, sober, and drug-free housing where residents are given the opportunity to develop independence through participation, meaningful activity, and a rehabilitative approach. We are now seeking an engaged and experienced manager who wants to lead and further develop the operation together with our team. About the Position As a manager, you have overall responsibility for the quality, personnel, work environment, and development of the operation. You lead the daily work and ensure that the operation is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, agreements, quality requirements, and Primagruppen's values. You are a present leader who creates structure, safety, and a professional work environment for both employees and residents. You are part of Primagruppen's management organization and work closely with the operations manager and other facility managers. Your Main Responsibilities Lead, develop, and monitor the operation. Personnel responsibility including management, recruitment, and skills development. Ensure good quality in accordance with the Social Services Act, Health and Medical Services Act, and applicable framework agreements. Responsible for work environment and systematic quality work. Responsible for budget monitoring and operational planning. Collaborate with social services, regional authorities, correctional services, and other partners. Responsible for documentation, follow-up, and quality development. Qualifications – Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have: Documented degree in social work. Several years of experience working in supported housing, family care homes, treatment facilities, or equivalent social work operations. Documented experience leading personnel with full personnel responsibility. Strong knowledge of the Social Services Act and social documentation. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Good administrative and digital competence. Driver's license (category B). Meritorious It is advantageous if you also have: experience in substance abuse treatment, experience in social psychiatry, experience with comorbidity, training in work environment or leadership, experience in quality management and agreement compliance, experience in change and development work.
