We are seeking a self-directed and flexible social worker/manager with commitment and a positive attitude for our operations in Blekinge County and Kronoberg County. Job Responsibilities: Initially a shared role as manager and social worker/contact person. The unit is growing, which is why this shared role exists. As the unit expands, the manager role will become more dominant over time. As manager, you will be responsible for the organization's license with the IVO (Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate). As a Social Worker/Contact Person, you will be available to guide and provide support through individual assistance in daily life. You will be a contact person for a number of clients whom you meet regularly. Both adults and children. All practical support as well as counseling support. Counseling support may include trauma treatment, crisis management, and discussions regarding violence/situations to increase understanding. Practical support may include, for example, transportation, contacts with authorities, doctor's visits, identifying employment opportunities such as internships or work, and promoting good health through exercise. Empower the individuals living in our apartments with increased confidence in their own abilities and greater independence. Administrative tasks such as social documentation and the development of implementation plans.
