Facility Director at Vikingen Care Home Vikingen Care Home is seeking an engaged and confident facility director who wants to lead and develop our operations. Vikingen Care Home is part of Omsorgshuset, which means you won't be standing alone in your role. You'll become part of an organization where we work together, support each other, and share experiences and expertise. As a facility director, you report directly to the CEO, which provides short and clear decision-making paths. This gives you close support and the ability to quickly make decisions and drive the operations forward. About the Position As a facility director, you're responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the operations. You work closely with staff, residents, and their families and ensure that the operations are conducted with high quality, clarity, and respect. The role includes, among other things: leading and supporting staff in daily work responsibility for the quality and development of operations working systematically with routines, documentation, and follow-up creating a safe and professional environment for our residents maintaining contact and collaborating with families, authorities, and other stakeholders working with personnel matters, planning, and operational development ensuring that operations comply with applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations. We're Looking for You If We'd like it if you have a degree in social work or other relevant higher education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience working in care and social services, social work, or similar operations. Experience with team leadership or management responsibility is a plus. As a person, you are: confident and clear in your leadership responsible and organized attentive and respectful in interactions with people solution-oriented and unpretentious committed to quality and development work.
