Now we're looking for you to be part of our Service Team in Stockholm.
As a member of our service team, you are our face to the world. You will meet guests, property owners, property managers, and building maintenance staff. You need to have an eye for detail, be flexible, stress-resistant, and not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed. Your responsibilities include basic maintenance work, property management, furnishing and unfurnishing apartments, preparing for check-ins and check-outs, and basic cleaning tasks.
As a person, you are cheerful, service-oriented, and a true team player, but have no problem working independently. No two days are the same with many different types of tasks, which is why it's important that you are organized and can prioritize your tasks. It's a plus if you have experience in caretaking, painting, and/or carpentry, basic electrical work, or plumbing.

Since you will be communicating both verbally and in writing with our guests who come from all over the world, you must speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
A driver's license for a manual car is a requirement.
The service office is located in Bromma and we operate from there every day.
