Association Coordinator Eslöv - Coach and Develop Young Leaders through School-IF

Your Assignment As an Association Coordinator, you are a key person in the development of School-IF in Eslöv. You work closely with the young people, support the associations in their development, and create the conditions needed for the activities to succeed. You will, among other things: Coach and support young leaders in Eslöv's school sports associations as they plan, implement, and develop activities. Be a safe, inspiring, and present adult who helps young people grow in their leadership roles. Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, teachers, principals, and local collaboration partners. Provide administrative support to the school sports associations and contribute to smooth operations of the associations' work. Plan, coordinate, and follow up on activities through documentation, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues and partners. Contribute to ensuring the activities reach the School Sports Federation Skåne's goals of increased participation, joy of movement, and equitable health for all young people. The position involves an exciting combination of work out in the field and administrative tasks. One day you lead a meeting with young leaders at a school, the next day you work with planning, follow-up, and support for the associations. Who Are We Looking For? Employment Form: Trial employment 6 months, thereafter project employment until 2028-06-30, with good opportunities for extension. You have relative freedom in setting your hours but within the framework of the activities' conditions and needs. Collective agreement applies, wellness allowance is offered, and salary is set according to salary policy.
