The Traffic Damage Board (TSN) and Swedish Insurance Boards (SFN) review insurance matters and provide impartial opinions to insurance companies and private individuals. Within the boards' scope, legal and medical issues are addressed. TSN reviews, among other things, the right to compensation and the amount of compensation for those injured in traffic. SFN manages the insurance industry's voluntary review boards, which review disputes within health, accident, legal protection, and liability insurance. SFN also handles matters concerning representative costs and review of representative suitability.

TSN and SFN consist of experienced lawyers and administrators who together are responsible for preparing and handling cases for our boards. Your role will be to...
present cases before the boards within TSN and SFN. The boards are composed of representatives from consumers and insurance companies. The chair is or has been a qualified judge.
As a lawyer, you will review cases before the boards' review with a scrutinizing and analytical approach. At the board meeting, you present your cases and provide recommendations for decisions to the board. After the meeting, you write draft opinions.
Your tasks also include conducting legal investigations, participating in working groups, and being responsible for specialized areas within insurance and tort law. We also work with information matters, summaries of the boards' principled decisions, and responses to referrals, etc.
We are looking for you...
who has a law degree. We would like you to be district court qualified or have several years of experience from legal work within the insurance field. Experience presenting cases in other board operations is a merit.
To thrive and fit the role, you have good analytical skills, are thorough and responsible, and can express yourself very well orally and in writing. You are a good collaborator, are engaged, and enjoy working independently.
