Automotive Technical Support Specialist for MEKO

MEKO offers a range of services to make everyday life a little easier for our repair shops, one of which is MEKO's remote diagnostics. With the help of our remote diagnostics, MEKO's technical support connects directly to the vehicle. Our specialists can then perform advanced procedures such as programming/coding etc. – quickly, safely and without the car leaving the workshop. Another service is our newly developed support portal, which has an integrated AI service. Here we handle our regular support cases daily with technical challenges that workshops face. An important part of your work will be your ability to work in parallel with both services as needed in an efficient way. This means you get to work with the future way of providing technical support – today. Work location: Our headquarters in Solna Business Park. We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following: You have a natural feel for service and enjoy creating great customer relationships. You love new technology and always want to understand how things work. You enjoy teaching and sharing your knowledge. You are solution-focused, persistent and don't give up until the answer is found – even when there's no obvious solution. You are pedagogical and can explain difficult things in a simple way. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a workshop, technical support or training work. You have a strong drive, are curious and want to continue developing in line with the automotive industry's innovations. You have basic vehicle training as a foundation and preferably further training. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. Knowledge in one or more OE tools for Mercedes, BMW, VAG, PSA group is a merit.
