About the Position As a vehicle technician at Brandt Bil, the employee is independently responsible for performing repair and maintenance work, primarily on Ford vehicles. The work tasks include, among other things: Perform service and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and repair defects and faults. Use modern diagnostic equipment and tools. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction. The vehicle technician becomes part of an engaged team that works together to provide each customer with a professional, safe, and quality experience. The customer is always at the center, and the business is characterized by shared responsibility for exceeding expectations. What We're Looking For Brandt Bil is seeking a person with a strong interest in technology and vehicles. The candidate is responsible, structured, and enjoys working according to established routines and processes. The role also requires an engaged approach, good communication skills, and an understanding of customer needs. When circumstances in the business change, it is important to be flexible and handle periods of high workload. A positive attitude and good collaboration skills are highly valued qualities. Qualifications Secondary education, preferably with a focus on vehicles. Category B driver's license. Good system and data skills. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. At least two years of experience as an automotive mechanic or vehicle technician.
