Tegelbruksskolan in Klippan provides vocational training in the electrical, construction, and vehicle sectors at upper secondary, adult education, and higher vocational levels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a vehicle instructor in transport technology, you will train students in vehicles within C, CE, and/or D categories, and other relevant qualifications for the profession, with documented experience. You work in a team to educate upper secondary students, adult learners, and where applicable, commissioned training. The role involves planning, conducting, and documenting instruction, both practical and theoretical. Your work is characterized by structure and organization through planning/organizing for implementation and following up on educational results. We work for high quality, in close collaboration with the industry, and to ensure our students are well prepared for employment after completing their training. QUALIFICATIONS You need documented and verified experience working in the vehicle industry with trucks and preferably buses. Additional qualifications such as forklift, wheel loader, or other machinery are an asset. It is a great advantage if you have previous teaching experience, preferably with completed teacher training and teacher certification/license. We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in both students' knowledge development and has the ability to build and maintain relationships with learners. You have a strong ability to deliver high-quality training with good target achievement and documented good results in training within this field. Requirement to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. Competence in working with digital tools is an advantage for handling parts of the work tasks. Employment Type: Permanent position.
