About the Role
As a Workshop Administrator, you are a key person in our daily operations. You ensure that information, documentation, and processes run smoothly and serve as the link between customers, mechanics, suppliers, and Scania.
Your work tasks include:
Handle invoicing of completed work.
Work with warranty management and documentation for Scania.
Contact customers and suppliers regarding invoices and warranty matters.
Provide administrative support to site and department managers.
Work closely with our mechanics to ensure that the right information is in the right place.
