About the Role As a procurement manager, you're the one who sources vehicles for Niemi Bil's operations. This involves everything from passenger cars to commercial vehicles, which we purchase from both private individuals and companies. You're active in the market, finding interesting vehicles, managing customer contact, and completing purchases. Over time, you'll develop a strong feel for the market and work closely with our sales team to understand what vehicles our customers are looking for. It's a social and commercial role where the phone and computer are important work tools. The pace can be fast and conditions change quickly. At the same time, you'll be part of a unified procurement team where we share knowledge, help each other, and work together to make even better deals. Together we always work to have the industry's most satisfied customers. Who Are We Looking For? You don't need to have worked with vehicle procurement before. For us, your drive, business sense, and willingness to learn are at least as important. You like taking initiative, find it easy to connect with people, and have a good sense for deals that work well for both parties. Maybe you work in sales today and are eager to try a new side of business. Maybe you have experience from the automotive industry. Or perhaps you come from something completely different but know you have the right drive and business acumen to succeed. Previous experience in sales, phone sales, or the automotive industry is a merit, but not required. Regardless of previous experience, you'll receive an introduction and on-the-job training. To succeed in this role, you need to: Hold a Category B driver's license Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Other Information The position is full-time with an initial probationary employment period of 6 months. Start date by agreement. The workplace is either our headquarters in Luleå or our procurement office in Uppsala, depending on your preference.
