Food & Beverage Manager – Finspång For our operations with one of our industrial customers in Finspång, ISS is seeking a business-driven and committed Food & Beverage Manager who wants to develop both people and operations. Here you'll have a key role in a growing delivery with two restaurants, a café, and hotel operations in culturally significant settings, where you have great opportunities to influence and further develop the whole offering. About the Role As Food & Beverage Manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire F&B delivery at the site in Finspång. The operations include two restaurants, a café, and a boutique hotel with 20 rooms plus conference facilities with access to the castle's meeting rooms. The operations encompass both an internal conference section within the castle and the opportunity to serve external guests at the restaurant upstairs. You are responsible for creating strong customer relationships and ensuring delivery is in accordance with the agreement, set goals, and ISS's high quality standards. In close collaboration with the customer, you work continuously to develop the offering, improve guest experience, and strengthen operational profitability. An important focus in the role is to create smart, efficient, and attractive food & beverage solutions that meet the growing operations' needs. You lead the operations through your direct reporting leaders and teams, with responsibility for approximately 18 employees, including a chef manager responsible for personnel. You are responsible for creating structure, quality, and engaged leadership where employees thrive and develop. You are an important part of the site's management work and collaborate closely with other ISS services to create a top-class complete delivery. Your Tasks Business and Results · Overall responsibility for budget, forecast, and results in F&B · Active monitoring of key metrics, margins, and costs · Ensure efficient and profitable operations · Work on upselling and development of the offering Business Development · Further develop restaurant, hotel, and café operations · Create attractive and sustainable meal solutions for the customer · Initiate activities that strengthen guest experience and increase utilization · Identify improvement areas and drive change initiatives Leadership and Organization · Personnel, work environment, and budget responsibility · Lead, coach, and develop your employees · Ensure proper staffing and competence in the operations · Build a strong team spirit and performance culture Customer and Collaboration · Build and develop long-term customer relationships · Ensure delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations · Work closely with other ISS teams at the site · Contribute to strengthening the overall experience of ISS delivery You will be based at the customer's site in Finspång and report to the site manager. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. An initial probationary period of six months applies.
