About the role As a Window Cleaner in Stockholm, you'll work cleaning and polishing windows on residences, offices, and facades. It's a hands-on, customer-facing role where you deliver visible results every day, often in varying environments and at heights. Work at ground level and at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or rope access techniques. Use and maintain appropriate cleaning supplies and tools. Ensure workplace and team safety and use personal protective equipment. Interact with customers, provide excellent service, and handle customer requests professionally. Plan work routes and optimize time and material usage. Report material needs and any issues to your supervisor. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain quality and safety standards. What you bring Experience in window cleaning or similar skilled trades; experience working at heights. Relevant training or certification for working at heights, such as fall protection certification. Good physical fitness and comfort working at heights. You are driven and take ownership of your work.
