About the job You are responsible for the warehouse flow of our products and shipments, and you lead a team of around 40 employees with the mission to ensure efficient operations and on-time deliveries. You oversee the department's process development regarding cost efficiency, productivity, availability, capacity, delivery precision, lead times, and quality. You actively work with continuous improvements and embrace the digital transformation we are undergoing. You create a developmental and inclusive environment where employees thrive and grow. About you You are an engaging leader who enjoys collaboration and gets others to work toward common goals, even during times of change. To succeed in this role, we also see that you need: Good knowledge of logistics systems and supply chain management. Several years of experience working in a leadership position. Good proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Preferably relevant university education and knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
