About the job
As a flow manager, you create stability and efficiency in production while driving the development of processes, working methods, and teams. In the role, you are a present leader in day-to-day operations and ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. You work both operatively and long-term, with clear responsibility for driving the business forward in an environment where technical development and increased automation are in focus.
Your responsibilities
Drive workplace environment and safety efforts
Ensure production results, quality, and delivery
Follow up on finances and relevant key metrics
Lead and develop team and competencies
Develop and streamline processes and working methods
Collaborate with other flow managers and functions to achieve common goals
