certified PHYSIOTHERAPIST (profession code 2264 02)
Main duties:
Conduct health and functional status examinations, assessments, and analyses for children with functional disorders, persons with mental health disorders, and long-term care clients (hereinafter - clients);
Determine clients' functional abilities and opportunities for improvement or maintenance;
Develop physiotherapy treatment plans and implement client-centered therapy processes, assisting in recovery of lost functions, reducing deficiencies, or compensating for them;
Apply soft tissue techniques (massage, etc.);
Plan and implement targeted therapeutic and preventive measures as part of an interprofessional team.
Job description:
Permanent position;
Working hours: part-time, 0.5 workload;
Work location: Ķekavas Municipality Health and Social Care Centre, Gaismas Street 19, Building 8, Ķekava;
Salary: from EUR 650.00 to EUR 899.00 (gross, before employee tax withholding) for part-time position;
Health insurance after probation period is successfully completed.
Requirements for candidates:
Higher education;
Registration in the Healthcare Professionals Register;
Work experience as a physiotherapist in Latvia of at least one year;
Understanding of social care work organization;
State language proficiency in accordance with the State Language Law;
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, within the scope of professional competence;
Excellent communication and cooperation skills;
Ability to communicate respectfully with persons who have perception and communication difficulties.
