Fiskhuset welcomes guests who both dine at our restaurant and take home prepared meals or fresh raw ingredients. We want to give our guests an experience that goes far beyond just the meal itself, so we're looking for someone with a passion for service, genuine care for guests and colleagues, a strong interest in food & beverages, and who enjoys working carefully and organizedly—even under pressure. The job primarily involves helping our different departments with cleaning and dishwashing, as well as furniture arrangement and handling all daily deliveries of goods we receive. Sometimes our warm and cold kitchens need help with preparation of raw ingredients and dishes. The work also includes all daily routines and responsibilities associated with a dishwashing and cleaning service. At Fiskhuset, collaboration is essential, so we often work across departments, remain flexible, support each other, and work closely with other sections. We believe you are an open and social person who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk to. If you speak any languages besides Swedish and English, that's a big plus since we have many international visitors. It's beneficial if you have previous experience with seasonal work or project-based positions, as workload can vary significantly. We develop and work together constantly to make success easy for both guests and staff. Fiskhuset is open from Easter through the end of September, and we hire on an ongoing basis according to seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
