The job is primarily about welcoming, seating, and serving guests in our restaurant in a pleasant and inviting manner. It's about having an eye and feel for that little extra touch, helping, and recommending both food and drinks that suit our guests. We believe you are an open and very social person who is easy to talk to and easy to get along with. Since we have many international guests, it's a great plus if you speak one or more languages in addition to Swedish and English. The role also includes opening procedures, transitions from daytime to evening service, and closing routines. At Fiskhuset, teamwork is essential, so we often work across departments, are flexible, support each other, and work closely with other teams. It's helpful if you have previous experience with seasonal or project-based work, since workload can vary significantly. We develop and work together continuously to make it easier for both guests and staff to succeed. Fiskhuset is open from Easter through the end of September, and we hire on a rolling basis according to seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
