Svensk Fiskhandel AB is seeking two experienced fish processors/filleters for our operation in Malmö. The main duties consist of cleaning and filleting fish, trimming and cutting fillets, removing skin and bones, portion preparation, and sorting and quality assessment of fish and shellfish. The work also includes handling and preparing fish and shellfish for sale, as well as ensuring good hygiene, quality, and proper handling of raw materials. We are looking for someone with practical experience in fish processing and filleting and who is accustomed to working carefully and efficiently with various types of fish and shellfish.
